Mixture of day and night shifts, day shift hours being 8am to 7pm, and night shift hours are 2pm to 8am. Night shift will have a half-day off the following day, more if it was a difficult night, and are allowed to sleep on the night shift so long as the Nanny responds to the monitor. Days off are either half Friday and all day Saturday, or all day Sunday, and half Monday – The two Nannies will swap duties every week or every other week.
Their son has additional/special needs, and having experience working with children with motor skills difficulties would be highly advantageous. They live in a lovely seaside residential area, and have an informal household. They require a driver, and an automatic car will be provided. The Nannies are required to take the little boy to therapy three times a week, and to school. Their ideal Nanny is outgoing, happy to work as a team, discreet and creative.
