Whilst we can only place Nannies who have at least 3 years of experience working in a private household, an exception is made for Newly Qualified Norlanders (NQN’s).

We enjoy assisting our Newly Qualified Norlanders at the start of their career and make sure to place them with families who understand that their first position can be quite nerve wracking.
