Step 1: Register your position (and confirm you agree to our Terms of Business LINK)
Step2: Receive and read submitted CV’s and discuss the candidates and their background with your Consultant
Step 3: Hold first Interviews, take up references
Step 4: Hold Second interviews which could comprise a morning or afternoon spent with your family
Step 5: Offering and acceptance of Employment
From the point of Registration, your Consultant will maintain contact with you on a regular basis while at the same time will be discussing your position with her ‘hand-picked’ candidates. She will be at hand to answer any queries you may have at anytime.
