We will not tell you about a position which is not suited to you or try to persuade you to interview with a client where it is obvious to us that you are either over experienced or too inexperienced to manage.
We won’t throw you in at the deep end nor will we suggest a position for which you are over qualified.
We don’t play a ‘Numbers Game’ with our clients and put forward unwilling or over/under qualified candidates for the purposes appearing to of broaden the Client’s choice.
